JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Interlocutor with the Automotive Customer in the scope of problem solving;
• Follow-up of customer response actions with the 8D methodology;
• Product analysis based on compliance with customer standards and specifications;
• Ability to involve other employees to implement improvements in processes and products.

APPLICANT PROFILE:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferable), Industrial Engineering and Management or Quality Engineering;
• Professional experience of 1 to 5 years, in similar functions in the automotive industry (Preferred);
• Knowledge/experience in Automotive Industry – ISO/TS16949;
• Core Tools (APQP; PPAP; FMEA; MAS; SPC; 8D; PDCA);
• Good knowledge of statistics and auditing;
• Orientation to results and continuous improvement;
• Team work and proactive spirit;
• Sense of responsibility;
• Good organizational skills and autonomy;
• Good knowledge of the English language (eliminatory factor);
• Availability to travel;
• Residence close to the area of Aveiro.

• Seek information from the various departments;
• Propose solutions/changes that allow the realization of the product;
• Negotiate with subcontractors the necessary external operations.
